Pengendalian Kualitas Statistik pada Proses Pengemasan di Usaha Dagang Dodol Garut Ritanah Jl. Tumpatan Lubuk Pakam

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to know what kind of mismatch that often occurs in the process of packaging in Dodol Garut Ritanah, Lubuk Pakam, knowing what factors affect the occurrence of mismatch of packaging process, knowing the settlement by using SPSS, to know whether by using the control chart of the packing process is in control. Types of nonconformities occurring in the packaging process are leaky plastic, folded plastic, non sticking plastic, no label and dodol size not the same as the most common non-conformity type of plastic does not stick to 31,27% of total nonconformities. While the incompatibility of defect on the amount of production is only 2,06%, this has no significant effect on the quality of production. Solution to the prevention of labor control.

Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah dapat mengetahui jenis ketidaksesuaian apa yang sering terjadi pada proses pengemasan di Usaha Dagang Dodol Garut Ritanah, Lubuk Pakam, mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya ketidaksesuaian proses pengemasan, mengetahui penyelesaian dengan menggunakan SPSS, untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan diagram kontrol p proses pengemasan berada dalam kontrol. Jenis ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi dalam proses pengemasan adalah plastik bocor, plastik terlipat, plastik tidak menempel, tanpa label dan ukuran dodol tidak sama dengan jenis ketidaksesuaian yang paling sering terjadi pada plastik tidak menempel sebesar 31,27 % dari total ketidaksesuaian. Sedangkan ketidaksesuaian cacat terhadap jumlah produksi hanyalah 2,06%, hal ini tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produksinya. Solusi penanggulangan yaitu dengan pengawasan terhadap tenaga kerja.
