| dc.description.abstract | It has been done a research about analysis of iron content in breast milk using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. This study aims to determine the mineral content of iron in breast milk. Where breast milk in wet destruction using ....... . Breast milk was analyzed for iron levels using by the method of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 248,3 nm. | dc.description.abstract | Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis kadar zat besi dalam air susu ibu dengan menggunakan metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kandungan mineral Fe dalam air susu ibu Dimana air susu ibu didestruksi basah dengan menggunakan larutanHNO3(p). Air susu ibu dianalisis kadar Fe dengan menggunakan metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom pada panjang gelombang 248,3 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air susu ibu mengandung Fe dengan kadar sebesar 0,218 mg/L. | en_US |
