    Ego-Centric Social Network Analysis pada Pemasaran Ikan Keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) di Kelurahan/Nagori Haranggaol, Kecamatan Haranggaol Horison, Kab. Simalungun

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jaringan pemasaran yang terbentuk di antara pedagang pengumpul (pengusaha/pemilik modal) dengan para petani keramba jaring apung yang berlokasi di Haranggaol, Kecamatan Haranggaol, Kabupaten Simalungun. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara analisis jaringan sosial dibantu dengan program lunak komputer jaringan yakni Ucinet. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian ialah pedagang pengumpul dan petani keramba. Subjek penelitian menggunakan pendekatan realitas dalam analisis jaringan. Data pada penelitian ini berupa data primer yang meliputi observasi dan wawancara terstruktur pada saat melakukan memasarkan ikan hasil panen oleh petani keramba kepada pedagang pengumpul. Data sekunder diperoleh dari informasi berupa artikel, referensi ataupun jurnal. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori jaringan sosial. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ada tiga aktor egocentric yang ditemukan peneliti dalam membentuk jaringan dimana tiga aktor egocentric tersebut sebagai pedagang pengumpul (pengusaha/petani pemilik modal) yakni kelompok Rohakinian, kelompok Siharo dan kelompok Paimaham. Aktor alter yang terhubung dengan kelompok Rohakinian ada 12 petani dalam kelompok dan 2 petani diluar kelompok dengan density 0,033. Aktor alter yang terhubung dengan kelompok Siharo ada 27 yakni 21 petani dari kelompoknya dan 6 petani diluar kelompok dengan density 0,014. Aktor alter yang terhubung dengan kelompok Moses Paimaham ada 27 yakni 36 petani dari kelompoknya dan 10 petani diluar kelompok dengan density 0,005. Pola jaringan yang terbentuk dari hasil analisis jaringan adalah pola jaringan tertutup, pola dimana aktor ego dengan alter dan juga alter dengan alter yang terjalin namun dengan kohesivitas yang rendah. Jarak maupun diameter untuk ketiga kelompok tersebut tidak didapati, Jaringan sosial yang terjalin di antara mereka disebabkan hubungan sosial kekerabatan, keluarga atau teman dekat yang saling kenal.
     
    The objective of the research was to analyze the marketing network established between collectors (business people/capital owners) and KJA raisers at Haranggaol, Haranggaol Sub-district, Simalungun Regency. The research used descriptive qualitative method, and social network was analyzed by using Icinet computer network. The research subjects were collectors and UJK raisers, using reality approach with network analysis. Primary data were gathered by conducting structuring observation and interviews during marketing the fish raisers’ fish to collectors. Secondary data were obtained from information such as articles, references, and journals. The gathered data were analyzed by conducting data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research also used the theory of social network. The result of the research showed that there were three egocentric actors in establishing the network as collectors (business people/capital owners): Rohakinian group, Siharo group, and Moses Paimaham group. Alter actors that were related to Rohakinian group were 14 KJA raisers with 12 of them were in the group and 2 of them were outside the group with the density of 0.033, alter actors that were related to Siharo group were 27 KJA raisers with 21 of them were in the group and 6 of them were outside the group with the density of 0.014, and alter actors that were related to Moses Paimaham group were 27 KJA raisers with 16 of them were in the group and 10 of them were outside the group with the density of 0.005. Network pattern established from the result of network analysis was closed network pattern in which ego actors with alter actors and alter actors with alter actors were tied together although in low cohesiveness. There was no range and diameter in the three groups. Social network tied together among them was caused by kinship social, family, and close friend relationship in which they know to each other.
