Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Sistem Informasi, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Kinerja Individu Terhadap Efektifitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia di Kabupaten Samosir

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Quality of Accounting Information Systems, Management of Information Systems, Use of Information Technology and Individual Performance on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Samosir Regency. Respondents in this study were 93 respondents. Respondents were all BRI bank employees in Samosir District who used information technology. Based on the results of processing primary data (questionnaires) using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method it is known that the variable quality of information systems, management of information systems, utilization of information technology and individual performance simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable effectiveness of BRI's accounting information system in Samosir Regency. Partially, the quality of information systems, management of information systems, utilization of information technology and individual performance influences the effectiveness of BRI's accounting information system in Samosir Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informarmasi Akuntansi, Manajemen Sistem Informasi, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Kinerja Individu terhadap Efektifitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia di Kabupaten Samosir. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 responden. Responden merupakan semua pegawai bank BRI di Kabupaten Samosir yang menggunakan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data primer (kuesioner) dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diketahui variabel kualitas system informasi, manajemen system informasi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kinerja individu secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel efektifitas system informasi akuntansi Bank BRI di Kabupaten Samosir. Secara parsial, kualitas system informasi, manajemen system informasi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kinerja individu berpengaruh terhadap Efektifitas system informasi akuntansi Bank BRI di Kabupaten Samosir.
