    Estimasi Model Propagasi Path Loss Terhadap Pengaruh Vegetasi untuk Frekuensi 2100 MHz pada Jaringan Komunikasi Bergerak di Lingkungan Kampus Universitas Sumatera Utara Padang Bulan Medan

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini membahas tentang estimasi model propagasi untuk daerah urban berjenis kota sedang yang disekitarnya ditumbuhi oleh pepohonan. Data pengukuran diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode drive test di lingkungan kampus Universitas Sumatera Utara Padang Bulan Medan pada frekuensi 2100 MHz. Data pengukuran yang diambil terdiri atas 7 rute, yang masing-masing rute di tumbuhi oleh pepohonan disekitarnya. Penelitian ini membandingkan hasil perhitungan model propagasi seperti model Lee, model COST 231 Hata, model Walfisch-Bertoni dan model Wafisch-Ikegami supaya mendapatkan sebuah model estimasi yang sesuai di daerah urban yang ditumbuhi pepohonan. Metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh model estimasi adalah dengan cara menggunakan metode regresi parabola kuadratik dan penambahan koefisien Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Berdasarkan hasil metode regresi parabola kuadratik dan hasil nilai RMSE untuk masing-masing model propagasi, maka diperoleh model propagasi yang mendekati hasil penelitian yaitu model propagasi Walfisch-Bertoni. Dengan menambahkan koefisien RMSE kedalam persamaan Walfisch-Bertoni, maka diperoleh model adjusted Walfisch-Bertoni. Setelah diperoleh model adjusted Walfisch-Bertoni. Nilai koefisien RMSE pada model adjusted Walfisch-Bertoni untuk semua rute menurun hingga 25 dB yang menunjukkan bahwa model propagasi sesuai untuk lingkungan kampus Universitas Sumatera Utara Padang Bulan Medan pada masing-masing rute.
     
    This study discusses the estimation of the propagation model for urban areas of the type of city that is grown with vegetation in around. Measurement data was obtained using the drive test method in the campus environment of the University of North Sumatra Padang Bulan Medan at frequency of 2100 MHz. The measurement data taken consists of 7 routes, each route covered by surrounding trees. This study compared the results of the propagation model such as Lee's model, the COST 231 Hata model, the Walfisch-Bertoni model and the Wafisch-Ikegami model in order to obtain a suitable estimation model in urban areas with vegetation. The method used to obtain the estimation model is by using the quadratic parabolic regression method and adding coefficient of Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Based on the results of the quadratic parabolic regression method and the results of obtaining the RMSE value for each propagation model, the propagation model that approaches the results of the research is the Walfisch-Bertoni propagation model. By adding the RMSE coefficient to the Walfisch-Bertoni equation, then obtained the adjusted Walfisch-Bertoni model. After obtaining the adjusted Walfisch-Bertoni model. The RMSE coefficient value of the adjusted Walfisch-Bertoni model for all routes decreased to 25 dB which indicates that the propagation model is suitable for the University of North Sumatra Padang Bulan Medan campus environment on each route.
