    Hubungan Perilaku Seksual LGBT dengan Kejadian Infeksi Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) pada Anak Jalanan di Kota Medan

    Abstract
    Latar belakang: Perilaku penyimpangan seks seperti LGBT menunjukkan kecenderungan terus meningkat jumlahnya di Indonesia. LGBT merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rentan memiliki risiko tinggi tertular virus Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) yang menyebabkan Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) yang juga dapat menginfeksi anak jalanan yang berperilaku LGBT. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku LGBT dengan kejadian infeksi HIV pada anak jalanan di kota Medan. Subyek dan Metode: Survey menggunakan metode penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan 57 orang responden yang merupakan anak jalanan di kota Medan. Setiap subyek penelitian dilakukan penjelasan mengenai tujuan penenlitian, persetujuan menjadi responden penelitian, dan pengisian kuesioner penelitian, dan pengambilan sampel darah untuk diuji HIV pada responden yang berisiko. Data yang terkumpul disajikan secara deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Dari total 57 orang responden yang diteliti, sebanyak 9 orang responden anak jalanan (15,8%) pernah melakukan hubungan seksual sesama jenis, melakukan hubungan genito anal dengan tidak pernah menggunakan kondom (88,9%), memiliki lebih dari 1 orang pasangan seksual (77,8%). Ada hubungan perilaku LGBT dengan kejadian infeksi HIV pada anak jalanan , perilaku LGBT yang berupa hubungan seskual sesama jenis (p=0,003), hubungan seksual sesama jenis secara genito anal (p=0,003), dan memiliki lebih dari 1 pasangan seksual (p=0,001). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku LGBT dengan kejadian infeksi HIV pada anak jalanan.
     
    Background: The behavior of sex deviations such as LGBT showed a tendency to increased number in Indonesia. LGBT was the one of the vulnerable groups have a high risk of contracting the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) that causes Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) which could also infected street children who behave in LGBT ways. Objective: To found out the relationship between LGBT behavior and the incidence of HIV infection of street children in Medan city. Subjects and Methods: The survey used an observational analytic research method with a cross sectional approach involved 57 respondents who were street children in Medan city. Each research subject was explained about the purpose of the research, approval of being a research respondent, and filling out a research questionnaire, and taking blood samples to be tested for HIV on respondents who were at risk. The collected data was presented descriptively in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: Of a total 57 respondents surveyed, 9 street children (15,8%), had same sex sexual relations, having anal sex relations by never using condoms (88,9%), having more than one sexual partner (77,8%). There was a relationship between LGBT behavior and the incidence of HIV infection of street children, LGBT behavior in the form of same sex sexual relationships (p=0,003), genito anal intercourse (p=0,003), and having more than 1 sexual partner (p=0,001). Conclusion: There was relationship between LGBT behavior and the incidence of HIV infection of street children.
