    Pembuatan dan Karakterisasi Superkonduktor Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2-xMxCu3Oy (M= Na, Mg dan Ce) Fase 2223 Melalui Metode Reaksi Padatan (Solid State Reaction)

    Abstract
    The research of effect dopant on superconductor Bi1,6Pb0,4Sr2Ca2-x MxCu3Oy (M= Ce, Na, Mg) where x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.15 have been formed to reach higher critical temperature Tc. The samples were prepared using high pure powder as Bismuth (III) Oxide (Bi2O3 99%), Timbal (IV) Oxide (PbO2 97%), Strontium Carbonate (SrCO3 96%), Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3 98,5%), Copper (II) Oxide (CuO 99%), Magnesium Oxide (MgO 99%) ,Cerium (IV) Oxide (CeO2 99%), Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3 98%). The samples were heated at 300 °C for 6 h. All samples were crushed in agate mortar and pestle for 6 h. Its sample was having diameters of 10 mm and thickness of 2 mm, respectively. Then sintered in the furnace at a constant temperature of 850 °C for 30 h. Superconductivity behavior was formed using electric resistivity four probe measurement in which the sample with addition of 0.05 MgO, the highest Tc-onset is 120,8 K and Tc-zero is 111,7 K. For morphology analysis based on SEM found that the increase in grain size was relatively greater in the addition of dopants Mg and Na. Relatively less porosity with the addition of Ce dopants has a smaller fragility level.
     
    Penelitian efek dopan pada superkonduktor Bi1,6Pb0,4Sr2Ca2-xMxCu3Oy (M = Ce, Na, Mg) di mana x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.15 telah dibentuk untuk mencapai suhu kritis yang lebih tinggi Tc. Sampel disiapkan menggunakan bubuk yang sangat murni seperti Bismut (III) Oksida (Bi2O3 99%), Timbal (IV) Oksida (PbO2 97%), Strontium Karbonat (SrCO3 96%), Kalsium Karbonat (CaCO3 98,5%), Tembaga (II) Oksida (CuO 99%), Magnesium Oksida (MgO 99%), Cerium (IV) Oksida (CeO2 99%), Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3 98%). Sampel dipanaskan pada 300 °C selama 6 jam lalu digerus kembali selama 6 jam dengan menggunakan mortar batu akik dan kemudian dikalsinasi dengan suhu 820 0C selama 20 jam. Sampelnya masing-masing memiliki diameter 10 mm dan tebal 2 mm. Kemudian disintering dalam tungku pada suhu konstan 850 °C selama 30 jam. Perilaku superkonduktivitas dibentuk menggunakan pengukuran empat probe resistivitas listrik di mana sampel dengan penambahan 0,05 MgO, Tc-onset adalah 120,8 K dan Tc-zero adalah 111,7 K. Untuk pengujian morfologi berdasarkan SEM ditemukan bahwa peningkatan ukuran butir adalah relatif lebih besar dalam penambahan dopan Mg dan Na. Untuk porositas relatif lebih sedikit dengan penambahan dopan Ce sehingga memiliki tingkat kerapuhan yang lebih kecil.
