The Possible Interpretation of Robert Frost Poems

Abstract

This paper entitled The Possible Interpretation of Robert Frost Poems describes the result of interpretation of four poems selected from Robert Frost poems, “Love and a Question”, “My November Quest”, Tree at My Window” and “The Road Not Taken”. In doing this paper, the writer interprets lyric and the meaning of those three poems. The purpose of writing this paper is to interpret lyric from each stanza from those poems and to find out the meaning that the Author is trying to tell. This paper is written by using descriptive qualitative method.

Kertas karya yang berjudul The Possible Interpretation of Robert Frost Poems ini mendeskripsikan hasil interpretasi dari empat puisi yang terdapat pada lirik puisi Robert Frost, yaitu “Love and a Question”, “My November Quest”, “Tree at My Window” and “ The Road Not Taken”. Dalam pengerjaannya, penulis menginterpretasikan tentang lirik dan makna keempat puisi tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan kertas karya ini adalah untuk menginterpretasikan lirik dari setiap bait puisi tersebut dan mencari tahu makna yang sebenarnya yang ingin dituturkan oleh pengarang. Kertas karya ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif.
