Tinjauan Kehidupan Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Paska Relokasi Pemukiman di Desa Sukameriah, Siosar Kecamatan Merek Kabupaten Karo

Abstract

Bencana menjadi suatu problematika yang sering melanda indoensia, Terlihat Indonesia termasuk kedalam zona ring of fire dimana zona ini merupakan tempat pertemuan 2 lempeng besar. Salah satu bencana yang terjadi ialah bencana letusan gunung merapi. Salah satu letusan yang baru-baru ini terjadi ialah bencana erupsi Gunung Sinabung di kabupaten Karo. Bencana tersebut merusak segala fasilitas dan tempat tinggal. Sampai saat ini bencana tersebut tidak dapat diprediksi menjadi kondisi aman, maka dari itu Pemerintah meciptakan kebijakan relokasi pemukiman ke Siosar. terdapat 3 desa yang di relokasi dan salah satu desa tersebut ialah desa Sukameriah. Begitu banyak perubahan yang terjadi setelah direlokas pemukiman ke Siosar. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi Sosial dan Ekonomi masyarakat paska relokasi pemukiman di desa Sukameriah , Siosar kecematan Merek kabupaten Karo. Tipe penelitian ini tergolong penelitian Kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan, mendeskripsikan objek dalam fenomena yang teliti. termasuk didalamnya bagaimana unsur-unsur yang ada dalam variabel penelitian ini berinteraksi satu sama lain dan apa pula produk interaksi berlangsung. Kemudian penulis mendeskripsikan secara menyeluruh mengenai Kondisi kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat paska relokasi pemukiman di desa Sukameriah , Siosar kecematan Merek kabupaten Karo. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini ada 5 orang yaitu masyarakat desa Sukameriah, dan Informan kunci sebanyak 2 orang yaitu kepala desa dan Sekretaris desa Sukameriah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi perubahan interkasi sosial masyarakat, pengaruh lingkungan menjadi saklah satu faktor penyebabnya. Dalam hal tolong menolong masyrakat cukup memiliki solidaritas yang cukup tinggi, dimana rasa kekeluargaan dan merasa senasib menjadi korban erupsi sinabung menajadi pengikat masyarakat. Masyarakat sebagian besar bermata pencaharian utama sebagai menjadi petani Kondisi pendapatan masyarakat tergolong cukup rendah. Pemrintah memberikan rumah kepada masyaraka dengan fasilitas air, listrik dan tersedia kamar mandi. pemerintah juga memberikan Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) dan Kartu Indonesia pintar (KIP), dimana kartu tersebut sangat membantu masyarakat dalam kesehatan dan pendidikan.

Disaster becomes a problematic that often engulfs indoensia, Visible Indonesia is included into the ring of fire zone where this zone is a meeting place for 2 large plates. One of the disasters that occurred was the catastrophic eruption of Mount Merapi. One of the recent eruptions was the eruption of Mount Sinabung in Karo district. The disaster destroyed all facilities and shelter. Until now the disaster can not be predicted to be a safe condition, therefore the Government created a settlement relocation policy to Siosar. There are 3 villages in the relocation and one of these villages is the village of Sukameriah. So many changes that occurred after resettled the settlement to Siosar. The problem discussed in this research is how the social and economic condition of the community after settlement relocation in Sukameriah village, Siosar , Merek subdistrict, Karo district. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive research type design conducted with the aim to describe, describe the object in a meticulous phenomenon. Including how the elements present in these research variables interact with each other and what are the interaction products taking place. Then the authors describe thoroughly about the condition of the socio-economic life of the community post resettlement relocation in Sukameriah village, Siosar , Merek subdistrict, Karo district. The main informants in this research are 5 people, that is Sukameriah village community, and 2 key informants are the village head and the secretary of Sukameriah village. Based on the results of research and data analysis can be concluded that there is a change of social interaction of society, the influence of the environment becomes saklah one cause factor. In the case of helping people enough to have enough solidarity, where the sense of kinship and feel the same as a victim of eruption sinabung toi binding community. The community is mostly the main livelihood as being a farmer The condition of community income is quite low. Pemrintah provide houses to the community with water, electricity and bathroom facilities available. The government also provides Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) and smart Indonesian Card, where the card is very helpful to the community in health and education.
