    Ameliorasi Tanah Sawah Bergaram Menggunakan Bahan Organik dan Zeolit Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Padi Sawah

    Abstract
    Lahan sawah pasang surut yang bersifat salin semakin meluas, akibatnya kerugian bagi petani khususnya petani padi sawah terutama pada tanah sawah yang memiliki tekstur tanah berpasir sehingga banyak hara tercuci. Perlu dilakukan perbaikan tanah sawah bersifat salin dan tanah sawah bertekstur pasir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah plastik Desa Karang Tengah, Kecamatan Serba Jadi, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai pada ketinggian ± 25 meter di atas permukaan laut pada bulan Juni 2018 sampai dengan selesai, menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial, faktor I yaitu tanah berliat bergaram, tanah berpasir tidak bergaram, dan tanah berliat tidak bergaram, faktor II yaitu kontrol (tanpa amandemen), kotoran kambing (2 ton/ha), kotoran burung puyuh (6 ton/ha), Zeolit (2,5 ton/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tanah sawah berliat bergaram, berpasir tidak bergaram, dan berliat tidak bergaram mampu meningkatkan P-tersedia tanah, menurunkan pH tanah, meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan vegetatif, jumlah anakan produktif, bobot gabah kering per pot, dan bobot 1000 butir gabah. Aplikasi amandemen zeolit, kotoran puyuh dan kotoran kambing mampu meningkatkan bobot gabah kering per pot dan bobot 1000 butir gabah. Amandemen zeolit dapat menurunkan Daya Hantar Listrik walaupun tidak berpengaruh nyata dan kotoran puyuh mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari amandemen lainnya dalam meningkatkan Ptersedia, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan vegetatif, jumlah anakan produktif, bobot gabah kering per pot dan bobot 1000 butir gabah.
     
    Saline tidal rice fields are increasingly widespread, resulting in losses for farmers especially lowland rice farmers especially in rice fields that have a sandy soil texture as a result of which many nutrients are washed away. It is necessary to repair saline rice fields and paddy rice fields sandy texture. The research was carried out in the Karang Tengah village plastic house, Serba Jadi District, Serdang Bedagai Regency at an altitude of ± 25 meters above sea level in June to october 2018 , using a factorial Randomized Block Design. Factor I, salt clayey soil, non-salt clayey soil, non-salt sandy soil. Factor II, control (without amendment), goat manure (2 tons / ha), quail droppings (6 tons / ha), zeolite (2.5 tons / ha). The results showed that the use of salt clayey soil, non-salt clayey soil and non-salt sandy soilrice fields could increase P-available soil, reduce soil pH, increase plant height, number of vegetative tillers, number of productive tillers, dry grain weight per pot, and weight of 1000 grain of grain. Application of zeolite amendment, quail droppings and goat droppings can increase the weight of dry grain per pot and the weight of 1000 grain. The zeolite amendment can reduce Electric Conductivity although it has no real effect and quail droppings have a better influence than other amendments in increasing P-available, plant height, number of vegetative tillers, number of productive tillers, dry grain weight per pot and weight of 1000 grain.
