    Pembuatan Sensor Urea Menggunakan Teknik Immobilisasi PVA-Enzim Coating PVC-KTpClPB

    Abstract
    This study aims to make urea sensors as instruments for analyzing urea levels in blood serum. The method used was the potentiometric biosensor method on ion-selective electride (ISE) through the modification of the membrane electrode indicator with PVA-enzyme immobilization and PVC-KTpClPB coating, characterized by FTIR, SEM, XRF and XRD. The characterization of membrane material with FTIR, SEM, XRF and XRD in the modification of the indicator electrode membrane to obtain the best membrane. The results obtained from ISE-urea using RE-5B Ag / AgCl MF-2052 reference electrodes and immobilized tungsten metal indicator electrodes 0.0350 g PVA-enzyme 6 mg 2x dyeing a solution of 10 mL THF mixed with 0.0350 g PVC-KTpClPB 0.0500 g, inside electrolyte solution consisting of KH2PO4 0.001 M and 0.001 KCl buffer M. ISE electrode sensor in electrolyte solution after immobilization can detect urea has a response time of 6 s smaller than 10 s, sensitivity 19.069 mV / decade confidence level R2 = 0.94 with range 1.10-5 - 5.10-4 M.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan pembuatan sensor urea sebagai instrumen analisis kadar urea dalam serum darah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode biosensor potensiometri pada ion-selective electrida (ISE) melalui modifikasi membran elektroda indikator dengan immobilisasi PVA-enzim dan coating PVC-KTpClPB, dikarakterisasi dengan FTIR, SEM, XRF dan XRD. Karakterisasi material membran dengan FTIR, SEM, XRF dan XRD dalam modifikasi membran elektroda indikator untuk memperoleh membran terbaik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari ISE-urea menggunakan elektroda referensi RE-5B Ag/AgCl MF-2052 dan elektroda indikator logam wolfram diimmobilisasi 0.0350 g PVA-enzim 6 mg 2x pencelupan coating larutan THF 10 mL bercampur 0.0350 g PVC-KTpClPB 0.0500 g, dalam larutan elektrolit yang terdiri dari buffer KH2PO4 0.001 M dan KCl 0.001 M. Sensor elektroda ISE dalam larutan elektrolit setelah immobilisasi dapat mendeteksi urea memiliki respon waktu 6 s kecil dari 10 s, sensitivitas 19.069 mV/decade tingkat kepercayaan R2 = 0.94 dengan rentang 1.10-5 - 5.10-4 M.
