    Sistem Detektor Kadar Zat Carbon Monoksida pada Ruangan Berbasis Mikrokontroller ATmega 328

    Abstract
    Bebarapa kalangan masyarakat beranggapan bahwa kandungan zat berbahaya berupa gas CO hanya berada pada luar ruangan saja, alasan itu dikarenakan bahwa pembakaran hanya banyak dilakukan diluar ruangan. Namun, didalam ruangan seperti rumah dan pabrik juga terdapat gas berbahaya tersebut, yang akan membahayakan penghuni rumah ataupun para pekerja di pabrik. Maka dirancang alat instrumentasi untuk mendeteksi karbon monoksida yang dihasilkan dari peralatan ataupun beberapa aktivitas yang ada dalam ruangan seperti dalam rumah. Ketika alat ini diaktifkan dan melakukan proses beberapa detik, dan sensor akan mulai mendeteksi gas CO dalam ruangan. Ketika sensor mendeteksi kadar zat CO berbahaya melebihi standard yang disesuaikan, maka secara otomatis alat akan bekerja dengan memberikan peringatan berupa bunyi buzzer, indikator led merah yang menyala dan berupa kipas fan sebagai minimalis atau menghilangkan kadar zat CO yang tinggi dari udara dalam ruangan. LCD berfungsi menampilkan kandungan zat CO dimana alat pendeteksi diletakkan.
     
    Some people think that the content of hazardous substances in the form of CO gas is only outdoors, the reason being that burning is only done outdoors. However, in a room such as a house and a factory there is also this gas, which will endanger the occupants of the house or workers in the factory. So an instrumentation tool is designed to detect carbon monoxide produced from equipment or some activities that are in the room as in the house. When this tool is activated and processes a few seconds, the sensor will start detecting CO gas in the room. When the sensor detects harmful CO substances exceeding the adjusted standard, the tool will automatically work by giving a warning sound in the form of a buzzer, a red LED indicator that lights up and a fan as a minimalist fan or removing high levels of CO from the indoor air. The LCD function displays the CO content where the detector is placed.
