    Abstract

The burden of lighting in a room is usually manually operated by humans. With current technological advances, human intervention in operations is trying to be reduced. Effective and efficient to avoid lights that are running in vain without any activity. The goal is nothing but to avoid wasting electricity. This study took the topic of designing an automatic switch to operate the lighting load of a room. PIRs include pyroelectric sensors that have a momentary response to heat changes. Heat sources are irradiated with infrared. The human body produces heat energy radiated with infrared. The human body heat radiation will be received by the sensor for the input input response. In line with the rapid development in the field of technology, the amount of electricity demand tends to increase rapidly. This increase in needs can be caused because people are increasingly using new technologies such as, but can also be due to the waste of electricity.
