    Abstract
    Kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang tersebar luas dan termasuk minuman yang mayoritas banyak diminum di dunia. Karakter mutu rasa yang paling mempengaruhi penerimaan konsumen terhadap biji kopi adalah kualitas dan cita rasa tinggi. Mencicipi bubuknya saja tidaklah cukup. Anda tetap harus mencoba biji kopi untuk mendapatkan rasa terbaik dari kopi tersebut sebelum diolahnya. Menurut Veronika Somoza, Ph.D., selaku psikolog dari Universitas Wina, biji kopi ternyata memiliki manfaat dan efek yang hampir serupa dengan kopi racikan setelah Anda mengonsumsinya. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi saat ini memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan dunia elektronik khususnya di bidang sistem kontrol. Pada saat ini banyak teknologi yang telah menggunakan alat otomatisasi kontrol. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh keinginan manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan mendapatkan fasilitas kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam berbagai macam hal. Termasuk pulalah dalam proses penyangraian biji kopi. Penyangraian biji kopi diperlukan suhu yang sesuai, untuk menghasilkan kualitas rasa dan aroma pada minuman kopi. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam pengaruh suhu terhadap sifat sensori khususnya rasa dan aroma pada saat dilakukan proses pengujian.
     
    Coffee is one drink that is widespread and includes drinks that are mostly drunk in the world. The character of taste quality that most influences consumer acceptance of coffee beans is high quality and taste. Just tasting the powder is not enough. You still have to try coffee beans to get the best taste of the coffee before processing it. According to Veronika Somoza, Ph.D., as a psychologist from the University of Vienna, coffee beans turned out to have benefits and effects that are almost similar to concocted coffee after you consume them. The development of technology now has a positive impact on the development of the electronic world, especially in the field of control systems. At present many technologies have used control automation tools. This is due to the desire of humans to fulfill their needs and get facilities for ease and efficiency in various ways. Also included in the process of roasting coffee beans. Roasting coffee beans requires the right temperature, to produce quality flavors and aromas in coffee drinks. Therefore, the researchers aimed to study the effect of temperature on the sensory properties in particular the taste and aroma during the testing process.
