    Rancang Bangun Timbangan Digital Berbasis Mikrokontroler Berbasis Atmega8

    Abstract
    Sistem penimbangan yang dilakukan pedagang saat ini masih secara manual dianggap kurang efesien. Bahkan sebagian pedagang untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih mereka rela berbuat curang dengan mengurangi timbangan. Hal ini jelas merugikan pembeli. Keuntungan yang didapat sangat menggiurkan bagi pihak pelaku dan sangat merugikan bagi konsumen. Untuk mengatasi itu semua maka dirancang timbangan digital dengan keluaran stuan kilogram berbasis mikrokontroler atmega8. Agar mengetahui massa produk tertentu dan untuk tampilan isinya menggunakan LCD dan secara software dengan komunikasi serial yang sebelumnya di proses oleh mikrokontroler. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi terhadap masalah kecurangan dalam penjualan suatu produk yang dilakukan pedagang dan tidak merugikan konsumen.
     
    The weighing system carried out by traders is still manually considered inefficient. Even some traders to get more profits they are willing to cheat by reducing the scales. This is clearly detrimental to the buyer. The profits obtained are very tempting for the perpetrators and very detrimental to consumers. To overcome this, digital scales with kilograms output based on the atmega8 microcontroller are designed. In order to find out the mass of a particular product and to display its contents using LCD and software with serial communication that was previously processed by the microcontroller. This system is expected to be able to provide a solution to the problem of fraud in the sale of a product that is done by traders and does not harm consumers.
