    Mereduksi Harmonisa pada ARC Welding dengan Menggunakan Filter Passive Single Tuned

    Abstract
    Non-linear electric load can cause distortion in the form of wave, either current or voltage which one of the parameters in determining the quality of an electric power system. ARC Welding has the characteristics of non-linear electric load which can cause the wave of the entrance side of electric voltage and the current become non-pure sinusoidal as the result of wave interaction. Fundamental frequency sinusoidal with other waves is known as harmonics. ARC Welding has Total Harmonic Distortion voltage (THDv) of 77.7% and Total Harmonic Distortion current (THDi) of 1.5% with 99 watts need to be reduced with single tune passive filter because it is not in line with the International Eletrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61000-3-2 Class D harmonic standard. Single tune passive filter in ARC Welding can reduce the 39th third order harmonics to become THDv 0.19% and THDi 0.33% with the power factor from 0.71 to 0.98, according to IEC 61000-3-2 Class D standard.
     
    Beban listrik yang bersifat tidak linier dapat menimbulkan distorsi bentuk gelombang, baik arus maupun tegangan yang merupakan salah satu parameter dalam menentukan kualitas dari sistem tenaga listrik. ARC Welding mempunyai karakteristik beban listrik yang tidak linier yang dapat mengakibatkan bentuk gelombang sisi masukan tegangan listrik dan arus menjadi tidak Sinussoidal murni akibat adanya interaksi gelombang. Sinussoidal frekuensi fundamental dengan gelombang lain yang dikenal sebagai harmonisa. ARC Welding mempunyai Total Harmonic Distortion (THDv) tegangan dari 77,7 % dan THD arus dari 1,5 % dengan daya 189 Waat, perlu di reduksi dengan filter passive single tuned, karena tidak sesuai dengan batasan harmonisa standar Internasional Elektrotecnical Commission (IEC) 61000-3-2 Kelas D. Filter passive single tuned pada ARC Welding dapat mereduksi harmonisa orde ke-3 sampai orde ke-39 menjadi Total Harmonisa Distorsi tegangan (THDv) 0,19 % dan Total Harmonisa Distorsi arus (THDi) 0,33 % dengan faktor daya 0,71 menjadi 0,98 sesuai dengan standar IEC 61000-3-2 Kelas D.
