Abstract

The title of this paper is A description Of Conflicts In Jodi Picoult Novel My Sisters Keeper. The writer describe the conflict of the leading character, Anna who has internal conflicts and external conflicts portrayed in Jodi Picoult’s novel My Sister Keeper. In this Paper the writer wanted to show why the conflict occurred. The method used in writing this paper is a description method and the data were gathered by searching and reading the novel until fully understand. The writer found that the conflict occur because Anna is struggling for her rights of her own body.

Penulis menggambarkan Konflik, tokoh utama,Anna memiliki konflik internal dan external konflik yang digambarkan dalam novel My sister keeper. Dalam kertas karya ini penulis ingin menunjukkan mengapa konflik itu terjadi.Metode yang digunakan dalam kertas karya ini adalah metode deskriptif dan data dikumpulkan dengan mencari dan membaca novel sampai sepenuhnya dipahami.Penulis menemukan bahwa konflik terjadi karena Anna berjuang untuk hak atas tubuhnya sendiri.
