    Pengayaan Tokoferol dan Tokotrienol dari Minyak Kemiri Menggunakan Adsorben Ca-PSS, Al-PSS, Ca-MESP, CaSiO3 dengan Pelarut N-Heksana dan Toluena

    Abstract
    Food nutrition criteria generally contains of omega 3 and omega 6 and also vitamin as tocopherol (TP) and tocotrienol (TT). TP and TT known as vitamin E which are required for human body as an antioxidant because it’s function to prevent any disease. While, omega 3 and omega 6 widely used in liver and brain regulation. Candlenut oil have been enriched using calcium polystyrene sulfonate (Ca-PSS), aluminium polystyrene sulfonate (Al-PSS), calcium methyl ester sulfonate palmitat (Ca-MESP) and calcium silicate (CaSiO3) with n-hexane and toluene as solvent in oxygen free condition. The obtained extracts then analyzed for amount of TP and TT by HPLC while the amount of fatty acid was analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). The maximum result that have been obtain by using Ca-PSS and mixed of n-hexane and toluene resulted 6,39% of TP (enrich 2662%) and 4,96% of TT (enrich 2254%) that also contains of omega 3 and omega 6 which was 23,919% and 41,224% respectively.
     
    Kriteria nutrisi pangan umumnya mengandung nutrisi omega 3, omega 6 serta vitamin seperti tokoferol (TP) dan tokotrienol (TT). TP dan TT dikenal sebagai vitamin E sangat diperlukan pada tubuh manusia sebagai antioksidan karena dapat mencegah berbagai jenis penyakit. Sedangkan omega 3 dan omega 6 secara umum berfungsi untuk regulasi hati dan otak. Minyak kemiri telah diperkaya dengan menggunakan beberapa adsorben yakni kalsium polistrirena sulfonat (Ca-PSS), aluminium polistirena sulfonat (Al-PSS), Kalsium Metil Ester Sulfonat Palmitat (Ca-MESP) dan Kalsium Silikat (CaSiO3) menggunakan pelarut n-heksana dan toluena dalam kondisi oksigen bebas. Ekstrak yang dihasilkan kemudian dianalisa kadar TP dan TT dengan alat HPLC sedangkan asam lemak dianalisa dengan Gas chromatography (GC). Hasil yang maksimum diperoleh dengan menggunakan adsorben Ca-PSS dan eluen campuran n-heksana dan toluena menghasilkan TP sebesar 6,39% (diperkaya 2662%) dan TT sebesar 4,96% (diperkaya 2254%) yang juga mengandung komponen omega 3 dan omega 6 masing-masing sebesar 23,919% dan 41,224%.
