    Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Minuman Cap Badak pada PT Jasa Harapan Barat Medan

    Abstract
    Untuk mengetahui penyebab sering terjadinya kecacatan diperlukan pengolahan data menggunakan alat pengendali kualitas diantaranya peta kendali p karena data yang ada adalah data atribut dan diagram pareto untuk melihat bagian yang paling dominan cacat. Dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan untuk peta kendali p kerusakan pada proses bottling menunjukkan bahwa proses bottling pada PT Jasa Harapan Barat Medan dinyatakan dalam keadaan tidak terkendali. Dengan melihat hasil pengolahan data dan analisa dapat diketahui bahwa kerusakan yang sering terjadi adalah tutup rusak. Dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses bottling di PT. Jasa Harapan Barat Medan maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan dengan penerapan metode SQC (Statistical Quality Control).
     
    To determine the causes of frequent occurrence of defect required data processing using quality control tools such as p control charts because the data is attribute data, and pareto diagram to see the pasrt of the most dominant defect.From the data processing done for the p control chart in the bottling process shows that the bottling process at PT Jasa Harapan Barat Medan is stated in an uncontrolled state. By looking at the results of data processing and analysis, it can be seen that the defect that often occurs is that the lid is damaged. And to improve the quality of the bottling process at PT. West Hope Services Medan, it is necessary to improve by applying the SQC method (Statistical Quality Control).
