    Aplikasi Kompos TKKS dan Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Majemuk untuk Meningkatkan Hara N, P, dan K Serta Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) pada Pembibitan Utama di Tanah Ultisol

    Abstract
    This study was aimed to see the effect of the application of compost and various doses of inorganic compound fertilizers to increase soil nutrients and plant growth. This research conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture USU Greenhouse and Laboratory Research and Technology USU, Medan in altitude ± 25 m above sea level in May 2015 until December 2015.This research used non factorial completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 3 replication so that there are 18 experimental units. The composition of the treatment are: P0 = control; P1 = 100% Compound Fertilizer; P2 = Compost TKKS 600 grams; P3 = Compost TKKS 600 grams + 50% Compound Fertilizer; P4 = TKKS Compost Fertilizer 600 gram + 100%; P5 = TKKS Compost Fertilizer 600 gram + 150%. The data were processed using ANOVA and HSD test at 5%. The results showed the better influence of compost treatment in improving P-available, K-dd, circumference of seed hump, root dry weight, pH, C- organic, Mg-dd, uptake nutrient and leaf dry weight than the control treatment
     
    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh aplikasi kompos dan berbagi dosis pupuk majemuk anorganik terhadap peningkatan unsur hara tanah serta pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian USU dan Laboratorium Riset dan Teknologi USU, Medan pada ketinggian ± 25 m dpl yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2015 sampai dengan Desember 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Non Faktorial dengan 6 Perlakuan dan 3 Ulangan sehingga terdapat 18 unit percobaan. Susunan perlakuan adalah: P0 = kontrol; P1 = Pupuk Majemuk 100%; P2 = Kompos TKKS 600 gram; P3 = Kompos TKKS 600 gram + Pupuk Majemuk 50%; P4 = Kompos TKKS 600 gram + Pupuk Majemuk 100%; P5 = Kompos TKKS 600 gram + Pupuk Majemuk 150%. Data diolah menggunakan Uji ANOVA dan Uji BNJ pada taraf 5%. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan pada perlakuan kompos mempengaruhi lebih baik dalam peningkatan P-tersedia, K-dd, lingkar bongkol bibit, berat kering akar, pH, C-organik, Mg-dd, serapan hara dan berat kering daun dibandingkan pada perlakuan kontrol.
