Hubungan Penurunan Kadar Hemoglobin Terhadap Lamanya Operasi Turp dan Berat Prostat yang di Keluarkan di RSUP H.Adam Malik Medan

Abstract

Objectives: To find the correlation between prostate resection weight and length of procedure with decrease in hemoglobin count after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) in H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. Material and Method: Cross – sectional study with secondary data obtained from medical records of patient undergoing TURP procedure since 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2015. Obtained data include patient Hb pre operative dan post operative, weight of prostate resection , and length of operation. Results: There are 27 patients who passed the inclusion criteria and eligible for this study. Mean of age from the subject is 69.15 ± 8.31 year, mean from weight of resected prostate is 26.78 ± 10.58 gr, average decrease in Hb is 1.32 ± 1.00 g/dL, with length of operation in this study 71.67 ± 14.07 minutes. Analysis with pearson correlation test between weight of resected prostate with decrease in Hb shows a statistically significant data with weak correlation (Pearson Correlation 0.389; p = 0.045). Conclusions: There is a correlation between weight of resected prostate with decreasing Hb, although this study did not find any significant relationship between length of operation with the weight of resected prostate and decreasing Hb.

Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara lama operasi dan berat prostat yang dikeluarkan dengan penurunan kadar Hemoglobin.pasca TURP di RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. Materi dan Metode : Penelitian cross sectional dengan data sekunder diperoleh dari rekam medis pasien yang dilakukan operasi TURP sejak 01 Januari 2014 – 31 Desember 2015. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu mengenai Hb sebelum operasi dan sesudah operasi, berat prostat yang di keluarkan, dan lama operasi TURP. Hasil: Terdapat sebanyak 27 pasien yang termasuk dalam kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini. Usia pasien memiliki rerata 69.15 ± 8.31 tahun, berat prostat yang dikeluarkan memiliki rerata 26.78 ± 10.58 gr, rerata penurunan kadar Hb yaitu 1.32 ± 1.00, dengan lama operasi berkisar 71.67 ± 14.07 menit. Analisis dengan korelasi pearson antara berat prostat yang dikeluarkan dengan penurunan kadar Hb ditemukan adanya hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik dengan korelasi lemah (Pearson Correlation 0.389; p = 0.045). Kesimpulan: Terdapat adanya korelasi antara berat prostat yang dikeluarkan dengan penurunan kadar Hb, namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara lama operasi TURP dengan berat prostat yang dikeluarkan dan dengan penurunan kadar Hb.
