dc.description.abstractThe TCS3200 color sensor based plankton growth monitoring has been successfully designed and tested. This tool uses the principle of changing the intensity of green on the test media which is calibrated with a density of plankton/ml based on the Hemocytometer method. The test results show that the tool has been able to detect plankton growth in real time with sensitivity and linearity of 0.023 / Individual and R2 = 0.978 respectively. This shows that the tool has been able to perform plankton growth monitoring functions from the first day to the fifth day of testing.en_US
dc.description.abstractAlat monitoring pertumbuhan plankton berbasis sensor warna TCS3200 telah berhasil dirancang dan diuji. Alat ini menggunakan prinsip perubahan intensitas warna hijau pada media uji yang kemudian dikalibrasi dengan kerapatan plankton/ml berdasarkan metode Hemositometer. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat telah mampu mendeteksi perumbuhan plankton secara realtime dengan sensitivitas dan linearitas sebesar 0.023/Individu dan R2 = 0.978 secara berturut-turut. Ini menunjukkan alat telah mampu melakukan fungsi monitoring pertumbuhan plankton dari hari pertama sampai hari kelima pengujian.en_US
