Analisis Efektivitas Mesin Produksi Niagara Filter dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan FMEA pada PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan
Abstract
Proses poduksi sering kali terhenti disebabkan adanya masalah pada mesin
produksi. Gangguan pada mesin produksi akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi
perusahaan berupa hilangnya waktu produksi, tidak tercapainya target produksi,
dan adanya biaya maintanance yang harus dikeluarkan untuk mengoptimalkan
kinerja mesin produksi.
Penelitian ini mengukur efektivitas mesin sehingga diperoleh nilai OEE
dari mesin Niagara Filter di PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan periode 2017-2018,
kemudian menentukan nilai Six Big Losses dan menganalisa nilai menggunakan
diagram pareto, dari hasil yang diperoleh ditentukan akar penyebab masalah yang
kemudian dianalisis menggunakan FMEA.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai OEE yang diperoleh masih ada dibawah
standar (85%) yaitu 76,52%-91,48%, nilai performance ratio masih ada dibawah
standar (≥95%) yaitu 88,33%-97,14% dan nilai rate of quality juga masih ada
yang dibawah standar (≥ 99%), yaitu 91,17% - 99,36%. Pengaruh paling besar
terjadinya losses time yaitu reduced speed losses sebesar 26,18%, Idling/Minor
Stopages Losses sebesar 22,39% dan Setup Adjustment Losses sebesar 21,60%.
Berdasarkan analisis, penyebab terjadinya kegagalan yaitu kerusakan
mesin, mesin sering breakdown dan teknisi kurang memahami kemampuan mesin,
sehingga disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan kinerja mesin dengan melakukan
perawatan mesin secara berkala dan perbaikan sistem perekutan teknisi. The production process often stops due to a problem with the engine
production. Interference with production machines will cause losses to the
company in the form of loss of production time, not achieving production targets
and maintenance costs that must be incurred to optimize the performance of the
production machine.
This research measures machine effectiveness so that the OEE value
obtained from the Niagara Filter machine at PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan period
2017-2018, then determine the value of Six Big Losses and analyze values using
the Pareto diagram, the results obtained are determined by the root cause of the
problem which was then analyzed using FMEA.
Based on the results of the study, , the OEE value obtained is still below
the standard (85%), which is 76.52% -91.48%, the value of the performance ratio
is still below the standard (≥95%), which is 88.33% -97.14% and the value of the
rate of quality is also still below the standard (≥ 99%), which is 91.17% - 99.36%.
The biggest effect of losses time is reduced speed losses of 26.18%, Idling/Minor
Losses Stopses of 22.39% and Setup Adjustment Losses of 21.60%.
Based on analysis, the cause of failure is damage to the engine, the engine
often breaks down and the technician does not understand the ability of the
engine, so it is advisable to pay more attention to the performance of the engine
by periodically maintaining the engine and repairing the technician's recording
system.
