    Abstract
    Sistem pengeringan asam gelugur kini masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan menjemur mengunakan panasnya matahari. Dengan metode manual, pengeringan asam gelugur berlangsung dengan lama bahkan ketika musim hujan melanda. Untuk mengatasi agar pengeringan asam gelugur lebih cepat mengering maka dirancang alat pengering asam gelugur berbasis mikrokontroller ATMEGA328 sebagai kontrol dan pembaca sinyal yang diberikan oleh sensor DS18B20 dan sumber daya dari panel surya agar lebih menghemat tagihan listrik dan serta memanfaatkan energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Selain mengehemat listrik, sistem pengeringan ini bisa dilakukan kapan saja seperti saat hujan dan pada malam hari, sehingga pengeringan lebih efektif dan memakan waktu yang cepat. Sistem ini diharapkan agar mampu memberikan kemudahan para pedagang asam gelugur ataupun para konsumen yang mengkonsumsi asam gelugur di kehidupan sehari-hari.
     
    Garcinia atroviridis drying system is still done manually, namely by drying using solar heat. With the manual method, garcinia atroviridis takes a long time even when the rainy season arrives. In order to overcome garcinia atroviridis process more quickly, a garcinia atroviridis dryer is designed based on the ATMEGA328 microcontroller as a control and signal reader provided by the DS18B20 censor and resources from solar panels to further save electricity bills and also utilize solar cell into energy electricity. In addition to saving electricity, this drying system can be done at any time such as during rain and night, so drying is more effective and time consuming. This system is expected to provide convenience for the traders of garcinia atroviridis or consumers who consume garcinia atroviridis in their daily lives.
