Sistem Administrasi Pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Tebing Tinggi

Abstract

Administrasi kepegawaian merupakan suatu sistem yang berisi informasi terkait yang terdiri dari unsur-unsur yang dikendalikan kearah sasaran agar mencapai hasil yang ideal. Untuk itu, sistem mendapat input yang berisi informasi tentang kebutuhan pegawai. Seringkali administrasi kepegawaian ini dilakukan secara manual seperti ditulis dalam buku agenda. Masalah tersebut membuat penulis tertarik untuk membuat situs administrasi pegawai yang berguna untuk mempermudah dalam member informasi terkait pegawai. Sistem administrasi ini berjalan pada localhost yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem administrasi ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pegawai mendapatkan informasi terkait kapan pun dan dimana pun hanya dengan mengakses situs system administrasi pegawai.
