    Sintesis dan Analisis Superkonduktor FeSe Dopan (Te) dan (S) dengan Menggunakan Metode Vacuum dan Powder In Sealed Tube (PIST)

    Abstract
    Telah dilakukan sintesis Superkonduktor FeSe melalui proses reaksi padatan. Variasi komposisi stoikiometri yang digunakan adalah Fe:Se = 1:1, Fe:Se:Te = 1:0,5:0,5, FeSeS = 1,37:0,63:1, FeSeS = 1:0,98:0,02, FeSeS = 1:0,5:0,5, FeSeS = 1:0,5:1. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah serbuk Ferrum, serbuk Selenium, serbuk Tellurium, dan serbuk Sulfur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Vacuum dan metode PIST (Powder In Sealed Tube) menggunakan Hand Milling selama 3 jam, kemudian untuk metode vacuum di kompaksi dengan massa 1 gram menggunakan alat kompaksi (Dies) dengan tekanan 165 Mpa atau tekanan di bawah 10 ton selama 1 menit dan proses pengepakan (Packing) dalam tube SS316 kemudian dilakukan proses kompaksi dengan alat hydraulic press dan proses sintesis terakhir adalah sintering menggunakan furnace dengan holding time 3 jam. Karakterisasi yang dilakukan adalah uji X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), uji Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM-EDS) dan uji Cryogenic Magnet. Berdasarkan hasil (metode vacuum) komposisi optimal adalah 1:0,5:0,5 pada suhu sintering 745:C dengan Tc onset 16,66 K dan Tc zero 7,5 K.
     
    Synthesis of FeSe Superconductor has been carried out through a solid reaction process. The variation of the stoichiometric composition used was Fe: Se = 1: 1, Fe: Se: Te = 1: 0.5: 0.5, FeSeS = 1.37: 0.63: 1, FeSeS = 1: 0.98: 0.02, FeSeS = 1: 0.5: 0.5, FeSeS = 1: 0.5: 1. The raw materials used are Ferrum powder, Selenium powder, Tellurium powder, and Sulfur powder. The method used is the Vacuum method and the PIST (Powder In Sealed Tube) method using Hand Milling for 3 hours, then for the vacuum method is compacted with a mass of 1 gram using a compacting device (Dies) with a pressure of 165 Mpa or a pressure below 10 tons for 1 minutes and packing process (packing) in SS316 tube then the compacting process is carried out with a hydraulic press and the final synthesis process is sintering using a furnace with a holding time of 3 hours. Characterization performed was X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) test, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM-EDS) test and Cryogenic Magnet test. Based on the results (vacuum method) the optimal composition is 1: 0.5: 0.5 at a sintering temperature of 745⁰C with an onset of 16.66 K and a Tc of zero 7.5 K.
