Polymer concrete has been made using the composition: sand, pumice, skin fiber of waru and epoxy resin. As for the variation of test sampel sand and pumice is 1:1 and skin fiber of waru: 0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, 2%, and 2,5% with the addition of epoxy resin is 20%, 30% and 40%. Dimension of the test sampel is made in the from of a beam (10×2×1)cm which is futhur forged in Hot Press with temperature 90oC for 15 minutes. Characterization testing performed include: water absorption, porosity, density, impact strength, bending strength, compressive strength, thermal properties with Differential Thermal Analysis and microstructure with Scanning Electron Microscope. Obtained the result of testing of polymer concrete with optimal value: For physical characterization is water absorption = 0,179%, porosity = 0,27%, density = 1,834 gr/cm3. For mechanical characterization is impact strength = 60,20 Mpa, bending strength = 43,308 MPa, compressive strength = 87,37 kg/mm2. Thermal analysis shows the temperature of polymer concrete decomposition reached 470oC and from the photograph analysis by SEM showed that the addition of fiber improve the quality of polymer concrete. It can be concluded that the resulting polymer concrete is light and waterproof concrete. Telah dilakukan pembuatan beton polimer dengan menggunakan komposisi: pasir, batu apung, serat kulit waru dan resin epoksi. Adapun variasi bahan sampel uji pasir dan batu apung yaitu 1:1, serat kulit waru antara lain: 0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, 2% dan 2,5% dengan penambahan resin epoksi masing-masing 20%, 30% dan 40%. Dimensi sampel uji dibuat dalam betuk balok (10×2×1) cm yang selanjutnya dikempa pada Hot Press dengan suhu maksimal 90oC selama 15 menit. Parameter pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi: penyerapan air, porositas, densitas, kuat impak, kuat lentur, kuat tekan, analisis termal dengan Differential Thermal Analysis dan mikrostruktur dengan Scanning Electron Microscope. Diperoleh hasil pengujian beton polimer dengan nilai optimal: Sifat fisis meliputi, penyerapan air = 0,179%, porositas = 0,27%, densitas = 1,834 gr/cm3. Sifat mekanik meliputi, kuat impak = 60,20 MPa, kuat lentur = 43,308 MPa, kuat tekan = 855,932 MPa. Analisis termal menunjukkan suhu dekomposisi beton polimer mencapai 470oC dan hasil analisis mikrostruktur menunjukkan penambahan serat meningkatkan kualitas beton polimer. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa beton polimer yang dihasilkan merupakan beton ringan yang kedap air.
