Analisa Produksi Bawang Merah di Kabupaten Dairi

Abstract

Regression is a statistical technique that can be used to describe the functional relationship between a dependent variable (dependent) with an independent variable (independent). In this connection, the researcher wants to know whether the independent variable (Independent) has a very close relationship with the dependent variable. This research uses shallot which is a horticultural commodity of layer bulb type that has many benefits and has high economic value and has a good sale value. By using multiple linear regression methods, researchers want to find out whether Planting Area, Harvest Area and Rainfall can affect onion production. Allegations The most influential factor on research from onion production is Harvest Area. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship or correlation between the factors of Planting Area, Harvested Area and Rainfall on Shallot Production and fulfilling one of the requirements in completing the education program of USU's FMIPA Statistics DIPLOMA III. The method of analysis used in this study is Correlational which is a study that uses a way to connect one variable to another. This method is very useful for researchers because it makes it easier to calculate complex values. The interpretation of the method used in this case is the multiple linear regression method which has the objective to observe the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable and also the dependent variable to the other dependent variable.

Regresi merupakan suatu teknik statistika yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan fungsional antara suatu variabel terikat (dependen) dengan variabel bebas (independen). Sehubungan dengan hal itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah variabel bebas (Independen) memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat terhadap variabel terikat (dependen). Penelitian ini menggunakan bawang merah yang merupakan komoditas hortikultura berjenis umbi lapis yang memiliki banyak manfaat dan bernilai ekonomis tinggi serta mempunyai nilai jual yang baik. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah Luas Tanam, Luas Panen dan Curah Hujan dapat mempengaruhi Produksi bawang merah. Dugaan Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penelitian dari produksi bawang merah adalah Luas Panen. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan atau korelasi antara faktor-faktor Luas Tanam, Luas Panen dan Curah Hujan terhadap Produksi Bawang Merah dan memenuhi salah satu persyaratan dalam penyelesaian pendidikan program DIPLOMA III Statistika FMIPA USU. Metode Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Korelasional yang merupakan sebuah penelitian yang menggunakan dengan cara menghubungkan satu variabel ke variabel yang lain. Metode ini sangat berguna untuk peneliti karena mempermudah dalam menghitung nilai - nilai yang rumit. Interpretasi metode yang digunakan dalam hal ini yaitu metode regresi linier berganda yang memilik tujuan untuk mengamati hubungan dari variabel independen terhadap dependen dan juga variabel dependen terhadap variabel dependen lainnya.
