    Penerapan Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dalam Analisis Tingkat Kenyamanan Perumahan Griya Asam Kumbang PT Torganda

    Abstract
    Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a methodology that determines the priority needs and wishes of consumers and combines the needs and wishes of consumers. The application of the QFD methodology in the production process begins with the formation of a matrix, called the House of Quality (HOQ) which is able to describe the quality level of consumers wishes. This study is about the application of QFD to improve the comfort of living in Griya Asam Kumbang PT Torganda Medan. The research data was obtained from questionnaire data that had been distributed to users of Griya Asam housing and PT Torganda as the developer of Griya Asam Kumbang housing. The results of the questionnaire are then proessed with validity and reliability tests to find out the questionnaire (question item) as a reliable data collection tool in the study. The results of this study is the 10 highest ranks of 21 attributes of customers woshes and satisfactions as an assessment of the quality level of Griya Asam Kumbang housing.
     
    Quality Function Deployment (QFD) merupakan suatu metodologi yang menentukan prioritas kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta menggabungkan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Penerapan metodologi QFD dalam proses produksi diawali dengan pembentukan matriks atau disebut House of Quality (HOQ) yang mampu menggambarkan tingkat kualitas yang diinginkan pelanggan. Penelitian ini tentang Penerapan QFD dalam usaha meningkatkan kenyamanan di komplek perumahan Griya Asam Kumbang PT Torganda Medan. Data penelitian di peroleh dari data hasil kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada pengguna perumahan Griya Asam kumbang dan pihak PT Torganda selaku developer perumahan Griya Asam Kumbang. Hasil kuesioner tersebut kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengetahui kuesioner (item pertanyaan) terpercaya sebagai alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini berupa 10 peringkat tertinggi dari 21 atribut keinginan dan kepuasan konsumen sebagai penilaian tingkat kualitas perumahan Griya Asam Kumbang.
