    Abstract
    Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a methodology that determines the priority needs and desires of consumers and combines the needs and desires of consumers. Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method is a methode that used for measuring service quality from the attributes of each dimension, so that a gap value is obtained which is the difference between consumers' perceptions of services that have been received with expectations of what will be received. A negative value gap is an attribute that the customer wants to make improvements (Voice of Customer). Voice of Customer (VOC) will be used on the matrix of customer needs in the House of Quality which is a tool of the QFD method.
     
    Quality Function Deployment (QFD) merupakan suatu metodologi yang menentukan prioritas kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta menggabungkan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL) merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan dari atribut masing-masing dimensi, sehingga akan diperoleh nilai gap (kesenjangan) yang merupakam selisih antara persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan yang telah diterima dengan harapan terhadap yang akan diterima. Gap yang bernilai negatif merupakan atribut yang diinginkan pelanggan untuk dilakukan perbaikan (Voice of Customer). Voice of Customer (VOC) akan digunakan pada matriks kebutuhan pelanggan pada House of Quality yang merupakan alat dari metode QFD
