dc.description.abstract | Statistical Quality Control (SQC) is a problem solving technique that is used to monitor, control, analyze, manage and improve products and processes using statistical methods. SQC is often referred to as Statistical Process Control (SPC). Formulation of the problem in a study entitled "Quality Control of Paving Block Production in CV. KSM Serunai Uses the X-Bar Control Chart and R Chart" is to find out whether the results of the production are in conditions of statistical control or in accordance with process control standards. In the determined analysis, it was concluded that the control limit value of X-bar diagram 4778,825 ≤ 5074,064 ≤ 5369,303 and the control limit value of the diagram Range 0 ≤ 511.68 ≤ 1082.2032. Based on these control limits, it can be concluded that the production of paving blocks in CV. KSM Serunai is still within the control limits or in accordance with the process control standards. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Statistical Quality Control (SQC) atau pengendalian mutu statistik merupakan teknik penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan untuk memonitor, mengendalikan, menganalisis, mengelola dan memperbaiki produk dan proses menggunakan metode-metode statistik. SQC sering disebut sebagai statistik pengendalian proses (Statistical Proses Control/SPC). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yang berjudul “Pengendalian Kualitas Produksi Paving Block Pada CV. KSM Serunai Menggunakan Peta Kendali X-Bar dan R Chart” ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah hasil prodeksi berada dalam kondisi in statistical control atau telah sesuai dengan standart pengendalian proses. Dalam analisis yang ditetapkan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa nilai batas kontrol diagram X-bar 4778,825 ≤ 5074,064 ≤ 5369,303 dan nilai batas kontrol diagram Range 0 ≤ 511,68 ≤ 1082,2032. Berdasarkan batas kontrol tersebut, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa produksi paving block di CV. KSM Serunai masih dalam batas kontrol atau sesuai dengan standart pengendalian proses. | en_US |
