    Abstract
    Statistical Quality Control (SQC) is Statistical quality control (SQC) is a problem-solving technique used to monitor, control, analyze, manage and improve products and process using statistical methods. The primary purpose of the use of statistic quality control in a process is to minimize variability, improve product quality, and maintain process stability. SQC has been referred to as statistical process control statistics.Formulating the problem in a study entitled "statistical quality control in PT mineral water production, Mual Tio Maju Bersama." It's to find out if the production results are in statistical control conditions or have been in accordance with process control standards. In an analysis used, the conclusion that the x bar control boundary value is 1984,801 ≤ 2276,709 ≤ 2568,62, standard range control boundary value is 0 ≤ 604,366 ≤ 1211,15 and the standard deviating control limit is 6,84 ≤ 228,078 ≤ 449,313. Based on the limits of these controls, it can be concluded that the mineral water production of PT Mual Tio Maju Bersama within control or according to a standard process control.
     
    Statistical Quality Conrol (SQC) merupakan Teknik penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan untuk memonitor, mengendalikan, menganalisis, mengelola dan memperbaiki produk dan proses menggunakan metode-metode statistic. Tujuan utama penggunaan pengendalian kualitas statistic didalam suatu proses adalah untuk meminimalkan variability, memperbaki kualitas produk, serta menjaga kestabilan proses. SQC sering disebut sebagai statistik pengendalian proses (Statistical Process Control/SPC). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yang berjudul “ Statistical Quality Control Dalam Pengendalian Mutu Produksi Air Mineral PT. Mual Tio Maju Bersama” ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah hasil produksi berada dalam kondisi in statistical control atau telah sesuai dengan standar pengendalian proses. Dalam analisi yang diterapkan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa nilai batas kontrol diagram x bar adalah 1984,801 ≤ 2276,709 ≤ 2568,62, nilai batas kontrol diagram standar range adalah 0 ≤ 604,366 ≤ 1211,15 dan nilai batas kontrol diagram standar deviasi adalah 6,84 ≤ 228,078 ≤ 449,313. Berdasarkan batas kontrol tersebut, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa produksi air mineral PT. Mual Tio Maju Bersama masih dalam batas kontrol atau sesuai dengan standar pengendalian proses.
