    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Office Rumah Sakit Umum Bunda Thamrin Medan

    Abstract
    This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, communication, motivation on the performance of office section employees of the Bunda Thamrin General Hospital Medan. The population in this study were all employees of office section employees of the Bunda Thamrin General Hospital Medan, amounting to 60 people. The number of samples in this study were 60 people with a sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The research data were obtained from interviews with employees of office section employees of the Bunda Thamrin General Hospital Medan and distributing research questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously leadership, communication, motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of office section employees of the Bunda Thamrin General Hospital Medan. The partial test shows that leadership, communication, motivation each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of office section employees of the Bunda Thamrin General Hospital Medan.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian office Rumah Sakit Umum Bunda Thamrin Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian office Rumah Sakit Umum Bunda Thamrin Medan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 60 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dengan karyawanbagian office Rumah Sakit Umum Bunda Thamrin Medandan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian office Rumah Sakit Umum Bunda Thamrin Medan. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi masing–masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanbagian office Rumah Sakit Umum Bunda Thamrin Medan.
