    Rancangan Perbaikan Proses Produksi Menuju Industri Hijau dengan Pendekatan Lean Manu-Facturing pada PT. Bandar Sumatera Indonesia

    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to design the concept of improving the production process to meet the criteria for green industry standards using a lean manufacturing approach. Measurements are made based on 3 core processes, and are translated into the waste reduction phase, the concept of meeting the criteria for green industry standards, and the design phase of improvement towards the green industry. The Government through Green Industry Standard Number 22121: 2015 has set limits for green industry criteria from a technical aspect to energy consumption of 25 kWh / ton of products and water consumption of 25 m3. The amount of energy consumption and water consumption indicates that there has been waste in the company. The amount of waste that occurs from energy consumption is 12.76% and the amount of water consumption wastage is 20.5075%. The results of the study found that the company has not received green industry certification because the green industry standard criteria from technical aspects for energy consumption and water consumption cannot be fulfilled because it has a value that exceeds the required threshold value, namely for the energy consumption criteria of 37.76 kWh / tons of products and water consumption of 31.44 m3 / ton of products. The technical analysis used in this research is using lean manufacturing approach which is presented in the form of flow diagrams, current state mapping and future state mapping. In addition, the analysis uses fault tree analysis and 5W + 1H, and decomposes them into a standard operation procedure (SOP).
     
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang konsep perbaikan proses produksi untuk memenuhi kriteria standar industri hijau dengan menggunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan 3 proses inti, dan dijabarkan kedalam tahap reduksi pemborosan, konsep pemenuhan kriteria standar industri hijau, dan tahap perancangan perbaikan menuju industri hijau. Pemerintah melalui Standar Industri Hijau Nomor 22121:2015 telah memberi batasan untuk kriteria industri hijau dari aspek teknis untuk konsumsi energi sebesar 25 kWh/ton produk dan konsumsi air sebesar 25 m3. Besarnya konsumsi energi dan konsumsi air ini mengindikasikan telah terjadi pemborosan didalam perusahaan. Besarnya pemborosan yang terjadi dari konsumsi energi sebesar 12,76% dan besarnya pemborosan konsumsi air sebesar 20,5075%. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa perusahaan belum mendapatkan sertifikasi industri hijau karena kriteria standar industri hijau dari aspek teknis untuk konsumsi energi dan konsumsi air tidak dapat terpenuhi dikarenakan memiliki nilai yang melebihi nilai ambang batas yang dipersyaratkan, yaitu untuk kriteria konsumsi energi sebesar 37,76 kWh/ton produk dan konsumsi air sebesar 31,44 m3/ton produk. Teknis analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing yang disajikan dalam bentuk flow diagram, current state mapping dan future state mapping. Selain itu juga analisa mennnggunakan fault tree analysis dan 5W+1H, serta menguraikannya kedalam suatu standard operation procedure (SOP).
