    Sistem Rekomendasi Penentuan Jurusan Perguruan Tinggi Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process Dan Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (Moora)

    Abstract
    Education is the process of depeloving potential within oneself both in terms of personality, character, intelligence, and skills that are usefull for oneself and the future community environtment. Students are expected to continue their education to tertiary institutions. The availability of information about tertiary majors for prospective students is still not enough to meet the standard requrements because,only knowing popular majors without knowing their potential, and limited recommendations gained through counseling guidance. This research aims to recommend a college majors using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to matriculant, where students give their preference to the majors in college. The criteria used are the cost of affordable study, accreditation of majors, facilities of the course, student talent in the majors, student interest in the majors, goals, parental advice, self-desire, the influence of friends, the value of the report, the achievement that has been held, the passing grade of majors and the duration of study. System correlation with manual result of BK’s teacher to get the accuracy level of this research using Spearman’s Rank Correlation method. The result of the correlate is 88% for IPA students with standart deviation of 0,13 and 97% for IPS students with standard deviation 0,03. The difference in the outcome of ranking results is due to the weight that the BK’s teacher preferred in determining the higher education majors with the weight priority by students concerned and the advice from BK’s teacher that’s the lack of alternative college majors offered in this case.
     
    Pendidikan ialah proses mengembangkan potensi di dalam diri baik dari segi kepribadian, akhlak, kecerdasan, dan keterampilan yang berguna untuk diri sendiri serta lingkungan masyarakat nantinya. Siswa diharapkan untuk tetap dapat melanjutkan pendidikan hingga perguruan tinggi. Tersedianya informasi tentang jurusan perguruan tinggi bagi calon mahasiswa masih tidak cukup memenuhi standar kebutuhan dikarenakan, hanya mengetahui jurusan populer tanpa mengetahui potensi diri, dan terbatasnya rekomendasi yang didapat melalui bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan suatu jurusan perguruan tinggi dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) bagi calon mahasiswa dimana, siswa memberikan preferensi masing -masing kriteria terhadap jurusan yang ada di perguruan tinggi. Kriteria yang digunakan diantaranya biaya studi terjangkau, akreditasi jurusan, fasilitas jurusan, bakat siswa terhadap jurusan, minat siswa terhadap jurusan, cita-cita, saran orang tua, keinginan diri sendiri, pengaruh teman, nilai rapor, prestasi yang pernah dimiliki, passing grade jurusan serta lama studi jurusan. Korelasi sistem dengan hasil manual guru bimbingan konseling (BK) untuk mendapat tingkat akurasi penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode Spearman’s Rank Correlation. Hasil korelasinya adalah 88% untuk siswa IPA dengan standar deviasi 0,13 dan 97% untuk siswa IPS dengan standar deviasi 0,03. Perbedaan urutan peringkat hasil disebabkan oleh bobot yang diutamakan guru bimbingan konseling (BK) dalam menentukan jurusan perguruan tinggi berbeda dengan prioritas bobot oleh siswa yang bersangkutan serta saran guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) kurangnya alternatif jurusan perguruan tinggi yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini.
