    Sintesis dan Karakterisasi Superkonduktor Fese dengan Penambahan K Dan SN Melalui Proses Sintering Secara Vacuum dan Powder-In Sealedtube

    Abstract
    Pembuatan material superkonduktor FeSe dengan penambahan dopan Sn dengan perhitungan stokiometri Fe :Se :Sn = (1-x) :1 (x), dimana x = 0.01, 0.05 dan 0.1 dan penambahan dopan K dengan perhitungan stokiometri K :Fe :Sn = (x) (1-x) :1, dimana x = 0.01 dan 0.1, serta pembuatan superkonduktor KFeSe2 dengan perhitungan stokiometri K :Fe :Se = 1 :1 :2. Dilakukan melalui proses sintering secara vacuum dan Powder In Sealed Tube dengan temperatur 745oC dan 845oC dengan kenaikan temperatur 5oC/menit selama 3 jam. Karakterisasi yang digunakan adalah uji XRD untuk menganalisis pembentukan fasa, uji SEM untuk menganalisis mikrostruktur dan uji Cryogenic Magnet untuk menganalisis resistivity dan temperatur kritis. Kandidat terbaik didapatkan pada sampel FeSe dengan penambahan dopan Sn (x=0.01) melalui proses sintering secara vacuum dengan temperatur 845oC terdapat fasa β-FeSe semakin meningkat dengan fraksi volume superkonduktor 72.02% dan morfologi yang terbentuk memiliki ukuran kristal cukup besar dengan kerapatan butir yang rendah dengan sedikit porositas. Nilai Tconset 15.83 K dengan nilai ρ20K 0.1919Ω.cm dan nilai RRR 3.3041.
     
    Manufacture of Fese superconductor material with the addition of Sn Dopan with the calculation of Fe :Se: Sn = (1-x): 1 (x), where x = 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1 and the addition of Dopan K with the Stokiometry K: Fe: Sn = (x) (1-x): 1, where x = 0.01 and 0.1, as well as the manufacture of KFeSe2 with the stokiometry K :Fe :Se = 1:1:2. Done through vacuum sintering process and Powder In Sealed Tube with temperature of 745oC and 845oC with a temperature increase of 5oC/min for 3 hours. The characterization used is an XRD test to analyse phase formation, SEM tests to analyze microstructures and Cryogenic Magnet tests to analyse critical temperature and resistivity. The best candidates get on FeSe samples with the addition of Sn (x = 0.01) Dopan through a vacuum sintering process with a temperature of 845oC there is an increasing β-FeSe phase with a 72.02% superconductor volume fraction and morphology that is formed with a sufficiently large crystal size with low grain density with a minimum of porosity. The value of Tconset 15.83 K with a value of ρ20K 0.1919 Ω. cm and a RRR value 3.3041.
