dc.description.abstractThis research entitled An Analysis of Anxiety Disorders on the Main Character of Rainbow Rowell’s Novel Fangirl. This thesis focuses on the characteristics of anxiety disorders portrayed in the novel. The theory used in this novel is based on Sigmund Freud’s Psychoanalytic theory, using the concept of conscious and unconscious minds. The method used in this thesis is the descriptive qualitative method that describes the analysis according to the description of the results related to the research in this thesis. From the results of the analysis, the researcher found that someone’s conscious and unconscious mind can affect the way she or he face the reality.en_US
