    Sistem Kendali ARC Plasma Sintering (APS) Berbasis Mikrokontroler Menggunakan Arduino Uno R3

    Abstract
    Sintering is a heat treatment at an aggregate compacted powder or loose powder with a view to fining properties. The heat treatment using a sintering, Arc Plasma Sintering (APS). This tool is equipped with a motor, bipolar stepper motors. Stepper motor is driven by using the control system of a microcontroller Arduino Uno. The stepper motor is programmed to control the rotation speed, the number of steps per rotation, and the direction of turnover. Stepper motors require A4988 stepper motor driver as amplifier. In the stepper motor programming needed push button as an input to control the stepper motor stop time. So that the stepper motors can be controlled easily by the APS.
     
    Sintering merupakan perlakuan panas pada suatu agregat serbuk yang dikompaksi atau serbuk yang lepas dengan maksud untuk menyempumakan sifat-sifatnya. Perlakuan panas tersebut menggunakan alat sintering, Arc Plasma Sintering (APS). Alat ini dilengkapi dengan motor penggerak, motor stepper bipolar. Motor stepper digerakkan dengan menggunakan sistem kendali mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Motor stepper diprogram untuk mengendalikan kecepatan putaran, jumlah langkah per putaran, dan arah perputarannya. Motor stepper memerlukan driver motor stepper A4988 sebagai penguat. Dalam pemograman motor stepper diperlukan push button sebagai masukan untuk mengontrol waktu berhenti motor stepper. Sehingga motor stepper dapat dikendalikan dengan mudah oleh pengguna APS.
