    Komperasi Dosis pada Pemeriksaan CT Head Trauma dan Head Trauma 3D menggunakan Thermoluminence Dosimetri (TLD) di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan

    Abstract
    A study was conducted at Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan Hospital to find out the amount of radiation dose received by the patient on CT Scan Head Trauma with 3D trauma head. From the results of the research that has been done in obtaining the average amount of radiation dose on head trauma examination Amounting to 24,337 mSv per examination, while a 3D trauma head examination resulted 29,757 mSv per examination. From the obtained radiation dose, it can be concluded that in the 3D trauma head examination the amount of radiation dose received by the patient is higher than the radiation dose on the head examination trauma. Influence radiation dose on the examination of head trauma 3 D higher due to the large area of scanning and scanning time is long.
     
    Telah dilakukan penelitian di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan untuk mengetahui jumlah dosis radiasi yang diterima oleh pasien pada pemeriksaan CT Scan Head trauma dengan Head Trauma 3D. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan diperoleh jumlah dosis radiasi rata-rata pada pemeriksaan Head Trauma sebesar 24,337 mSv per pemeriksaan, sedangkan pemeriksaan Head Trauma 3D didapatkan hasil sebesar 29,757 mSv per pemeriksaan. Dari dosis radiasi yang diperoleh tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada pemeriksaan Head Trauma 3D jumlah dosis radiasi yang diterima oleh pasien lebih tinggi dibandingkan dosis radiasi pada pemeriksaan Head Trauma. Pengaruh dosis radiasi pada pemeriksaan Head Trauma 3D lebih tinggi disebabkan oleh besarnya luas area pengambilan dan waktu scanning yang lama .
