    Kepadatan Populasi Ikan Kaca (Parambassis siamensis, Fowler 1937) di Danau Toba Kecamatan Silahisabungan Kabupaten Dairi

    Abstract
    Research on the Population Density of Glassfish (Parambassis siamensis) on the Lake Toba in Silahisabungan sub-district Dairi district was conducted from January to May 2019. The aim of this research was to analyze the population density of Glassfish in the Lake Toba and to analyze physical-chemical factors related to Glassfish population density in the Lake Toba. This research using “Purposive Sampling” method on the location based on human activities i.e tourism activity, free of activity and floating net cages. The result showed that station 2 had the highest Glassfish population density at 0,874 ind/m2. Growth patterns og Glassfish are positive allometric with the value of b 3,0081 – 3,1236. The highest Glassfish sex ratio is 1:2,7. The very strong correlation value are oxygen saturation, light penetration, temperature, light intensity, and dissolved oxygen, while Nitrat (NO3) relatively strong.
     
    Penelitian mengenai Kepadatan Populai Ikan Kaca (Parambassis siamensis) di Danau Toba Kecamatan Silahisabungan Kabupaten Dairi telah dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Mei 2019. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepadatan populasi Ikan kaca di Danau Toba dan menganalisis faktor fisika-kimia yang berhubungan dengan kepadatan populasi Ikan kaca di Danau Toba. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode “Purpossive Sampling” pada lokasi berdasarkan aktifitas manusia yaitu aktifitas pariwisata, bebas aktifitas dan aktifitas keramba jaring apung. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan kepadatan populasi Ikan kaca tertinggi terdapat pada srasiun 2 sebesar 0,874 ind/m2. Pola pertumbuhan Ikan kaca bersifat allometrik positif dengan nilai b 3,0081 – 3,1236. Rasio kelamin Ikan kaca tertinggi sebesar 1:2,7. Nilai korelasi yang sangat kuat adalah kejenuhan oksigen, penetrasi cahaya, suhu, intensitas cahaya, dan DO, sedangkan Nitrat (NO3) tergolong kuat.
