    Abstract
The research about the effects of andaliman fruit extract (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.) to the histological images of the pulmonary rat (Rattus norvegicus L.) cervical cancer model has been carried out from July 2019 until August 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of andaliman fruit extracts on morphology, organ mass and pulmo histological of cervical cancer model rat. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and six replications. The tested animals used the healthy rat with body weight of about 200-220 g as many as 30 individuals. The treatment consists of negative control (without treatment), positive control (only injected with Benzo(a)Pyrene 50 mg/kg BW), P1 (BaP 50 mg/kg BW + andaliman extract fruit 100 mg/kg BW ), P2 (BaP 50 mg/kg BW +200 mg/kg BW) and P3 (BaP 50 mg/kg BW + 400 mg/kg BW). The results showed that pulmonary induced by cervical cancer with BaP was not damaged. It does not have effect on organ mass. However there is changed in pulmonary morphology. On histological pulmonary (alveolar membrane, alveolar lumen and alveolar connections) indicated non significantly different.
