dc.description.abstractDinamika perubahan topografi di sepanjang garis pantai terjadi akibat berbagai hal seperti transportasi material, fenomena cuaca, serta banyaknya aktivitas manusia di dekat atau di sepanjang garis pantai. Untuk itu, sebagai upaya menjaga kestabilan pantai diperlukan manajemen zona pantai yang dilengkapi dengan data monitoring zona pantai serta telaah dinamikanya. Penggunaan UAV untuk monitoring pantai berbasis penginderaan jarak jauh mulai banyak dilakukan dikarenakan berbagai keunggulan. Selain itu, dengan mengkombinasikan UAV dengan SFM (structure from motion) dan GEOBIA (geographic object-based image analysis), hal tersebut mampu menyediakan informasi yang lebih bermakna dengan resolusi tinggi dengan biaya rendah, khususnya untuk area kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan zona pantai menggunakan data ortofoto yang dihasilkan oleh UAV dengan menerapkan analisis citra berbasis objek geografis. Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat GIS. Dengan penerapan teknologi ini, berbagai fenomena perubahan berhasil diamati, diantaranya perubahan garis pantai, kuantitas sampah, perkembangan vegetasi dan tutupan lahan. Perubahan bangunan permukiman serta infrastruktur juga berhasil dievaluasi dampaknya terhadap kestabilan pantai. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui telah terjadi kemunduran garis pantai sebesar 7 meter per tahun akibat bangunan infrastruktur yang ada. Selain itu, ditemukan terjadinya penurunan jumlah sampah di lokasi studi, dengan sampah dominan berupa kayu dan cangkang. Adapun vegetasi pada lokasi studi berkembang cukup pesat dari tahun 2018 ke 2019, namun perubahan tidak banyak terjadi di tahun berikutnya. Adapun bangunan permukiman semakin meningkat yang menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan kepadatan penduduk.en_US
dc.description.abstractii OBSERVATION OF BEACH ZONE DYNAMICS USING UAV AND GIS TECHNOLOGY ABSTRACT The dynamics of topographic changes along the coastline occur due to various things such as material transportation, weather phenomena, and a large number of human activities near or along the coastline. Therefore, to maintain coastal stability, it is necessary to carry out coastal area management equipped with coastal area monitoring data and dynamic analysis. The use of UAVs for remote sensing-based coastal monitoring has begun to be widely used because of its various advantages. Besides, combining UAVs with SFM (motion structure) and GEOBIA (geographic object-based image analysis) can provide more meaningful information at high resolution at low cost, especially for small areas. This study aims to determine changes in the coastal zone using orthophoto data generated by the UAV by applying geographic object-based image analysis. The analysis was performed using GIS. With the application of this technology, various phenomena of change can be observed, including changes in the coastline, the amount of waste, the development of vegetation, and land cover. Changes to residential buildings and infrastructure have also been successfully evaluated for their impact on coastal stability. From the observations, it is known that there has been a decrease in the coastline of 7 meters per year due to the existing infrastructure buildings. A decrease in the amount of waste was found in the study sites that were dominated by wood and shell waste. Vegetation at the study site grew quite rapidly from 2018 to 2019, not much change occurred in the following years. Meanwhile, residential buildings were found to be increasing, indicating an increase in population density.en_US
