    Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Locus of Control terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Balaikota Medan

    Abstract
    This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of organization commitment and locus of control towards employees’ job satisfaction of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Balaikota Medan. This research is a type of causal associative research. The population of this research is all employees at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Balaikota Medan, there are 59 people and the sampling technique used is a saturation sampling technique where the number of population is made sample. The data collection methods in this study were interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that organization commitment and locus of control together had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, organization commitment and locus of control had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable that affects employees’ job satisfaction in this study is organizational commitment
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan locus of control terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Balaikota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Balaikota Medan, yang berjumlah 59 orang dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh di mana jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan locus of control secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara parsial komitmen organisasi dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi
