dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employee in PT. Kawasan Industri Medan. This type of research is a type of quantitive research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kawasan Industri Medan 123 people. Samples were accepted by 95 people obtained trough proportional random sampling technique. Data collection methods in this research are questionnaire and interview study. Methods of data analysis using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment showed significant effect on employee performance. Partial Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment each positively and significantly affect employee performance. | en_US |
