    Abstract
Background and Objective: Stroke is one of the main cause of functional impairement. There are not many researches that focused on vascular territory involvement to functional outcome at stroke patients. The objective of this study is to examine the correlation between functional outcome at ischemic stroke patients and Anterior Cerebral Artery (ACA), Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA), Posterior Cerebral Artery territory. Methods: This study was prospective. The subject of this study was 36 patients. All subjects that fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criterias was assessed using Barthel Index (BI), Functional Independence Measure (FIM), modified Rankin Scale (mRS) to assess disability and outcome, that were taken on first day (H0) and the 14th day later. Results: the most vascular territory involved was Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) 52,8%, with 30,5% in 61-70 years old woman. Pearson correlation test showed significant between antara BI(H0) – BI(H14): p = 0,0001, mRS(H0) – mRS(H14): p = 0,0001, dan FIM(H0) - FIM(H14): p = 0,0001 on MCA territory. Conclusion: There were significant correlation between functional outcome at ischemic stroke and ACA, MCA, PCA territory.Functional outcome on MCA territory was worst than ACA and PCA territory.
