Analisis Daya Dukung Sektor Pertanian dalam Pengelolaan Obyek Wisata di Kecamatan Girsang Sipangan Bolon Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

This thesis is purpose as : 1. to knows influences of agricultural which carrying capacity for the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance ; 2. to get correlation between carring capacity and the factors of agricultural production in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance ; 3. to get relation of carrying capacity agricultural production in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residanse to the farmers income ; 4. to know relationship between agricultural production with the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance. The methodology research is being used : observation method with making qouetioner and interviewing. Variable research which consist of 5 (five), they are : 1. agricultural carrying capacity for the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance ; 2. the factors which can be influenced by agricultural carrying capacity ; 3. correlation between carrying capacity and the factors agricultural influence for the object tourism management ; 4. carrying capacity of agricultural production for the farmers income; 5. correlation between agricultural production with the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance. The first variable except point a), the second variable, and third variable is done random sampling has 84 farmers sample. Variable point 1.a , the fourth and fifth variable are using by purposive random sampling, furthermore in variable number 5 took 10 % from many hotels that are, they are five hotels (star class and flower class). Whereas variable number 1.a). is based on agriculture activities and tourism. Data analysis which used for variable number one and number two are descriptive analysis with scoring for each components. Then, for variable number three using of Multiple Regression Linier by computer programming system SPSS 11,00. Whereas for variable number four be used descriptive analysis farm-operation, and variable number five using descriptive analysis with tabulate data. Specialized for quality water analysis in the point 1.a) to be used frequencies contingency table. The research work has shown that agricultural carrying capacity for the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance is middle category. The factors of agricultural carrying capacity generally are middle category, that are Capital Working, Agriculture Production, Planting Pattern,and Diversity Working. Whereas Wide Farming into bad category. The correlation between carrying capacity with agricultural factors which influenced the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance is very significant, according to "F-testing". At the time that based on "t-testing", for being Knowledge, Wide Farming, Capital Working, and Agriculture Production, are significant for the agricultural carrying capacity. Resulting of water analysis as cause of agricultural activities in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance for the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance is very supporting, which shown that for all sampling water location into conditional for water quality first class according to the rule of government regulation number 82, 2001's year about: Quality Management Water and Water Disposal Preventive. Carrying capacity of agriculture production paddy wet-land and paddy dry-land have not able to need the food for Girsang Sipangan Bolon's people Residance. Thus, carrying capacity of agricultural com production per-hectare would not able to give support for the farmers life, as income form that they can get it. Whereas carrying capacity of agricultural coffee production per-hectare could be able to give support for the farmers life, as income form that they can get it each month. The correlation between agricultural production with the object tourism management in Girsang Sipangan Bolon's Residance could not supporting to the guests hotels needs, which showing "the food-needs" can get out of Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance. Agricultural extension is more intensive to the people diversity working, is very necessary can do in order that the source of income is not based on agriculture and tourism. Cultivation of coffee and com, are on the same land to each farmer's can be able to increase their income. For increasing carrying capacity into the object tourism in Girsang Sipangan Bolon Residance, are necessary integrated efforts which as policy : planning, utilisation, development, recovery, cultivation, monitoring, and controlling environment.
