    Abstract
    Research about forming and concrete characterizaton was done, the research based on dregs and grits. This research was done by mixing method with concrete from dregs and grits to reduce sand, where sand ratio variations with dregs and grits are : 100 : 0 : 0; 90 :5 : 5; 80 : 10 : 10; 70 : 15 : 15; 60 : 20 : 20; 50 : 25 : 25; 40 : 30 : 30; 30 : 35 : 35; 20 : 40 : 40; 10 : 45 : 45; 0 : 50 : 50 (in % volum) and the concrete was maintained in 28 days.The result of test showed standard concrete K 175 was gained in 70 % sand, 15 % dregs, 15 grits, 1,04 kg cement and 3,65 kg gravels in a constant condition in that composition. The concrete had density 2097 kg/m3, water absorption 5,03 %, compressive strength 17,69 MPa, splitting test 2,05 MPa and flexural strength 3,11 MPa.
