PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan is a manufacturing company processing out CPKO into a raw material made for detergent, shampoo, soap as well as raw material of other pharmaceutical industry. The outcome product such material known as fatty acid, fatty alcohol and glycerin.
In operating the company either for processing, the management provide a production target as contained in the goal of the company, however the target as defined itself on the company is not gained anymore until today.
The result of analysis to this study showed that found a relationship with factor mastering the aspect in characteristic of technology by employee with the incorporated work and their satisfactorily. In daily practices, the management style in superiority applied in PT. Ecogreen Oleocehmicals Medan has a dominantly influence compared to the application aspect in characteristic of technology of the company in its relation to their work satisfactorily seen on PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan, while aspect in characteristic of technology as moderated in a management style is not influencing to the work satisfactorily, but the management style itself surely influencing to the work satisfactorily, noted the better leadership style is potential to improve the work satisfactorily.
The result of study as above point expected encourage the management to have another option for improving to all sector in the company, hopefully this corporation naturally going to exist and capable to compete with other oleo-chemical industries. | en_US |
