    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap RSUD Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara

    Abstract
    Cut Meutia Hospital of North Aceh District is one of the hospitals in the Province of Aceh are still experiencing problems with the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary survey conducted in hospitals Cut Meutia, within 3 (three) years (2007-2009) the number of visits occurred tidal inpatients and many complaints from people who claim the quality of care in hospitals Cut Meutia still do not meet expectations. This research was a type explanatoty research to analyze the influence of quality health services on the satisfaction of inpatients Cut Meutia Hospital. The population in this study were inpatients in hospitals Cut Meutia in April until June 2010. The sample amounted to 95 people taken in sistematic random. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that all the variable quality of health services (tangibility, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empaty) significant effect on patient satisfaction. Variables of the most dominant influence on patient satisfaction are variable empaty Suggested to Cut Meutia Hospital of North Aceh district to improve the quality of service is oriented to the needs of patients. In addition, continuous improvement efforts need to be done by implementing education and training for service excellence, providing a fast, precise and accurate and to increase commitment in the work. Facilities, infrastructure and environmental health continues to improve, maintain and improve existing facilities and to improve the supervision of health service activities
     
    RSUD Cut meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara merupakan salah satu rumah sakit di Propinsi Aceh yang masih mengalami permasalahan dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan di RSUD Cut Meutia, dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir (2007-2009) terjadi pasang surut jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat inap dan masih banyak keluhan dari masyarakat yang menyatakan kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Cut Meutia masih belum memenuhi harapan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan tipe explanatoty research untuk menganalis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap RSUD Cut Meutia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap di RSUD Cut Meutia pada bulan April sampai Juni 2010. Sampel berjumlah 95 orang diambil secara sistematic random. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel kualitas pelayanan kesehatan (tangibility, realibility, responsiveness, assurance dan empaty) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah variabel empaty . Disarankan kepada RSUD Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara agar meningkatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas dengan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pasien. Selain itu upaya perbaikan yang berkesinambungan perlu dilakukan dengan melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang pelayanan prima, memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan akurat serta meningkatkan komitmen dalam bekerja. Sarana, prasarana dan kesehatan lingkungan terus ditingkatkan, memelihara dan memperbaiki fasilitas yang telah ada serta meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan.
