    Preparasi dan Karakterisasi Zinc Oxide yang didoping dengan Transisi Metal Ferrit dan Cromium

    Abstract
    The research was of the preparation ZnO doped with Fe and Cr. The preparation ZnO doped Fe and Cr is done by solid state reaction method. With the variety composition (2,5: 3,5 and 4,5% atom) which sintering at 9000C for 4 hours. The microstructure, magnetic and electrical properties of resulted sample had been characterized with XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM), I-V and C-V meter. The XRD characterization result indicated that Fe and Cr has been incorporated into ZnO (wurtzite hexagonal) with increases the composition of the Fe and Cr result present of impurity that is ZnFe2O4 and ZnCr2O4, where is the crystallite size ZnO doped with Fe around 53.5 nm – 50.8 nm and crystallite size of ZnO doped with Cr around 51,7 nm-51,9 nm. From the result of VSM ZnO doped with Fe and Cr showed that diamagnetic to paramagnetic properties. Result of I-V and C-V meter ZnO doped with Fe and Cr showed that the different result which Fe doping generates decreased value of resistivity (conductivity increases) and decreased dielectric constant while the value of resistivity Cr doping increases (conductivity decreases) and dielectric constant decreases
     
    Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang preparasi ZnO yang didoping dengan Fe dan ZnO doping Cr. Pada penelitian ini proses preparasi ZnO doping Fe dan ZnO doping Cr dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode solid state reaction, dengan variasi komposisi (2,5;3,5 dan 4,5% atom) yang disintering dengan suhu 9000C selama 4 jam. mikrostruktur, sifat magnet dan listrik sampel yang dihasilkan telah dikarakterisasi dengan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), Vibrating Sampel Magnetometer (VSM), I-V dan C-V meter. Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahwa Fe dan Cr telah bergabung dengan ZnO (hexagonal wurtzite) dengan bertambahnya komposisi dari Fe dan Cr menunjukkan hadirnya impurity yaitu ZnFe2O4 dan ZnCr2O4, dimana ukuran kristal dari ZnO doping Fe berkisar antara 53,5 nm – 50,8 nm dan ZnO yang didoping Cr memiliki ukuran kristal antara 51,7 nm-51,9 nm. Dari hasil VSM ZnO doping Fe dan Cr menunjukkan sifat diamagnetik menjadi paramagnetik. Hasil I-V dan C-V meter ZnO yang didoping Fe dan Cr menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda dimana doping Fe menghasilkan nilai resisitivitas menurun (konduktivitas meningkat) dan konstanta dielektrik menurun sedangkan doping Cr nilai resistivitas meningkat (konduktivitas menurun) dan konstanta dileketrik menurun.
